Cook

Our cooks prepare food to order, prep ingredients, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Cooking shifts are typically 8-9 hours in the morning, with occasional night shifts for evening special events. We're looking for someone with an attention to visual detail and flavor, a strong sense of organization and hygiene, and an interest in growing their culinary experience.

Anticipated Start Date: July 2023

Primary Duties:

  • Cook & plate food to order

  • Prepare ingredients and manage food inventory

  • Clean & maintain a safe work area

  • Collaborate with the chef to create seasonal menus

Requirements

  • Prior cooking experience (1+ year preferred)

  • Foodworkers / ServSafe Cert

  • Has reliable transportation

Host

Our hosts are at the frontline of customer service, greeting guests, seeing them to their tables, managing reservations, and taking to-go orders. Host shifts are typically 7-8 hours in the morning. This is a great entry-level position for anyone hoping to get into customer service, sales, or hospitality. We're looking for a chipper, friendly, and efficient person that has the confidence and social skills to provide an excellent experience for our guests.

Anticipated Start Date: August 2023

Primary Duties:

  • Greet & seat customers

Dishy

Our dishy maintains a smooth dishwashing system, a vital part of our full-service restaurant. In addition to cleaning dishes, they also act as a runner and assistant for the cooks working the line. Duties include scrubbing pots, operating the dishwashing machine, emptying waste bins as well as running ingredients, prepping food, and managing inventory for the kitchen. Shifts are usually 6 hours in the late morning-early afternoon.

  • Wash & dry dishes

Barista

Our barista is really a drink master - working with everything from espresso to margaritas. There's a lot of creative freedom in this position; allowing you to flex your visual and flavor skills. The barista prepares drinks to order, preps garnishes and ingredients manages inventory, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. We're looking for someone that can stay focused under pressure, comes prepared to work, can follow a recipe, and is motivated to go above and beyond for the customers. Shifts are usually 7-8 hours in the morning. Barista or bartending experience is highly preferred.

Primary Duties:

  • Prepare espresso & tea beverages

  • Pour alcoholic brunch cocktails

  • Foodworkers + TAPs Card

  • Has reliable transportation

  • 21+ y/o

Server

Our servers are the face of our restaurant and are on the front lines of customer satisfaction. We have high expectations of the organization, level-headedness, teamwork, and communication for our servers. Primary duties include keeping a clean dining room, taking orders, serving food & beverage, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Shifts are usually 7-8 hours in the morning. Servers may be asked to aid or cover for the barista any time, so experience bartending or making espresso is a plus.
