Spring Equinox with Double Shovel

A five-course meal we've been hoping to make happen for years! Double Shovel Cider Co. will be joining us to create a balanced meal of bright flavors and fantastic brews from their shop in Anchorage. Seats are $150 per person and include all five courses with a short pour of each paired ciderº by Double Shovel. The evening's program is as follows*:

1. Raw Alaskan Oyster with Cranberry-Apple Jalapeño Mignonette paired with D.S. Cranberry Cider

2. Braised-Beef Pot Pie with D.S. Farmhouse Hopped Cider

3. Spring Strawberry Salad with a Rhubarb Vinaigrette paired with D.S. Crimson & Mint Cider

4. Champagne Poached Halibut with a Cider Buerre Blanc paired with D.S. Cider Mosa
