At Feather & Flour, we believe that a happy, healthy team creates the best dining experience for our guests. As the cost of living continues to rise, we want to ensure our employees have the support they need to thrive.
To help with this, we have implemented an optional 3% Employee Wellness Fee on all transactions. This small contribution goes directly toward initiatives that enhance our employees' well-being, including:

Health & Wellness Reimbursements – Helping cover costs for medical expenses, gym memberships, mental health support, and overall well-being.

Emergency Assistance Fund – Providing financial relief for unexpected hardships, ensuring our team members have support when they need it most.
This initiative allows us to take care of our team members in meaningful ways, helping them navigate the challenges of rising costs while continuing to provide the exceptional service and hospitality you expect from us.

We understand that not everyone will want to participate, and that's okay! This fee is made optional on each ticket. To opt out, just check the box on your check and your server will remove the fee immediately.
